We were thrilled to receive the donation of two sets of Rogers Breakaway Bases from the Seventh Base Foundation. The bases were easy to install on our two main 60-foot fields using our existing base anchors.
The timing couldn’t have been better. The bases were installed and ready just in time for our Washington State District 3 Tournament games.
Throughout the tournament, the breakaway bases performed exceptionally well. They made close plays at first base safer for our players while giving our umpires confidence on close calls. Most importantly, they helped reduce the risk of collisions and sliding-related injuries, creating a safer playing environment for everyone on the field.

Hosting the 2026 Florida State 8–10 Little League Tournament at St. Augustine Little League was a tremendous honor for our league and community. The support of the Seventh Base Foundation, through its donation of Rogers Break Away Bases, played an important role in making the tournament a success.
From the first game to the championship, these bases performed flawlessly. They provided exceptional durability under constant tournament play while delivering the highest level of player safety. Their proven breakaway design significantly reduces the risk of sliding-related injuries, giving players the confidence to play hard and giving coaches, parents, and league officials peace of mind.
Throughout the tournament, the bases remained secure, consistent, and required virtually no maintenance, allowing our volunteers and staff to focus on creating a first-class experience for the athletes and their families.
The Seventh Base Foundation is making a meaningful difference in youth baseball by helping leagues obtain equipment that many otherwise could not afford. Their commitment to protecting young athletes demonstrates that player safety should always come first. Because of their generosity, more children can enjoy the game knowing they are playing on the safest bases available.
We are proud to recommend both the Seventh Base Foundation and Rogers Break Away Bases to every youth baseball and softball league. Their partnership is helping make our national pastime safer—one field, one league, and one player at a time.

St. Augustine Little League (District 11) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing youth baseball and softball in Northeast Florida. With 1000 youth players and 363 volunteers it is Located at the complex on Osceola Elementary Road in St. Augustine, the league serves players ages 4–16 across multiple divisions and is known for its strong facilities, volunteer-driven culture, and commitment to the Little League mission of character, courage, and loyalty.
In 2026, St. Augustine Little League had the honor of hosting the Florida State 8-10 Year-Old Baseball Tournament (July 17–19), welcoming teams from across the state and crowning Niceville as state champions. The event highlighted the league’s capability to stage high-quality tournament play while providing a welcoming, well-run environment for players and families.
